What we store. KitBuilder stores: your shop domain and settings, and the kit configurations you build (which of your products belong to each kit, slot rules, sizes, and prices). We store no customer personal data — shoppers’ selections travel through Shopify’s own cart, never through our servers.
What we do with it. Kit configurations exist only to publish your kit products and render the storefront picker. Nothing is sent to any third-party AI or analytics service, and we never sell or share data.
Customer data. We hold none — shoppers’ picks become ordinary Shopify cart line items. Shopify GDPR webhooks are honored: a customer redaction request has nothing to scrub on our side, and a shop redaction request deletes every row belonging to the shop.
Uninstall. Uninstalling cancels any subscription immediately; Shopify's redaction webhook removes your data 48 hours later.
